Community Guidelines & Content Moderation Policy
One Touch Marketing includes a community feed where members can post updates and discuss property matters. Because members can publish content that other members can read, we operate a moderation process and publish these rules. They explain what is allowed, how to report content that breaks them, and what we do when we act on a report.
1. How content is moderated
Every post submitted to the feed is held for review by an administrator before it is published to other members. This pre-moderation means content is not visible to the community until a moderator has approved it. Administrators can approve a post, remove it, or suspend the account that submitted it.
2. What is not allowed
Posts and comments must not:
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse any person, or target anyone on the basis of religion, ethnicity, gender, disability or similar protected characteristics.
- Include hate speech or content that incites discrimination or violence.
- Impersonate another person, society, developer or official, or misrepresent who you are.
- Publish private information about another person — for example contact details, CNIC numbers, bank account numbers or payment records that are not yours.
- Include sexual or graphic content.
- Advertise unrelated products or services, spam, or repeatedly post the same content.
- Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Share false information about plot availability, prices, or payment instructions. Official payment instructions are always those shown inside the app for your own booking.
3. Reporting content
If you see a post that breaks these guidelines, report it from the post's options menu in the app using Report post. Please include the reason so a moderator can act on it quickly. You can also report content by emailing support@onetouch.com with the post details and a screenshot.
4. Blocking other members
You can block a member using the block option on their post or profile. A blocked member's content will no longer appear in your feed, and they will not be able to interact with your content. Blocking does not notify the other member.
5. What happens when we act on a report
Depending on the severity of the breach, we may:
- Remove the offending post, keeping the rest of the member's content visible.
- Suspend the account for a period of time.
- Permanently ban the account from the platform.
- Report the matter to law enforcement where the content is unlawful.
We aim to acknowledge a report within 3 working days and to act on it within 7 working days. Where we suspend or ban an account we will tell the member the reason unless doing so would compromise an investigation or another person's safety.
6. Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, contact us at support@onetouch.com. Include your membership number and the content in question. We review appeals from senior staff.
7. Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the community changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Our handling of your personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via the account deletion page.
